Skillacrity

For business teams that work with AI

The right skill shows up. Nobody has to look for it.

Skillacrity keeps your company’s AI skills, the prompts and playbooks your people have written, in one skill library you control. When someone asks Claude, ChatGPT or Microsoft 365 Copilot for help, the right one arrives by itself.

Free for 90 days, up to 30 people. No credit card needed.

One skill library, in the AI tools you already use

Your best skills are stuck with the people who wrote them

Your people are already writing skills for AI. They sit in personal accounts and local folders, so the best version never spreads, the same skill gets rebuilt on every team, and nobody can tell which one is current or safe to use.

What changes for each person

For the people doing the work

For the experts who write skills

For the company that owns them

From sign-up to the first skill

  1. Connect the AI tools you already use

Skillacrity works inside Claude, ChatGPT and Microsoft 365 Copilot. People add it themselves, or an admin turns it on for everyone.

  2. Bring your skills in

Ask your AI tool to share your skills. It finds the ones you already have and asks once who should see them.

  3. The right skill shows up by itself

When someone asks for help, the skill that fits arrives and the AI follows it. If nothing fits, the AI answers as usual.

How it works, step by step

For IT and security

Built for the people who answer for it

Your company’s know-how stays your company’s property, with the controls IT expects.

Security and trust
  • Your skills stay yours

Customer skills never cross companies and are never used to train models. Export everything in an open format at any time.

  • What people ask stays with your company

The request that brings up a skill is kept only in your company’s request history, for 13 months, and never in logs. Your company can have request history turned off, which deletes what is stored.

  • You decide who sees what

Every skill reaches named people, a team, or the whole company. Admins set the default and can change any skill.

One plan. Everything included.

$10 per seat per month

No tiers, no add-on packs, and nothing billed on usage. Try it with up to 30 people, free for 90 days each, and see whether the right skill really does show up.

Questions

What is a skill?
A skill is a set of instructions your people have written for AI: a prompt, a playbook, the way your team does a task. Each one credits its author and keeps its versions.
How is this different from the skills built into Claude or ChatGPT?
Built-in skills live inside one vendor’s tool. Skillacrity keeps one skill library that your company controls and delivers the same skill inside Claude, ChatGPT and Microsoft 365 Copilot. If you switch vendors, you keep every skill.
What happens when no skill fits?
Nothing arrives, and the AI answers as usual. A wrong skill costs more trust than a missing one, so Skillacrity holds back when it is unsure.
What do you store?
Your skills, in a library private to your company, and counts of which skills are used. What a person types is kept only in your company’s request history, for 13 months, and never in logs. Your company can have request history turned off.
