Acceptable use policy

Last updated October 8, 2026

Draft, pending legal review. This page describes how we intend to operate. It is not yet a binding document and will change before our first customer contract.

Skills shared through Skillacrity are followed by many people’s AI tools, so we ask everyone to use the service with care. This policy is part of our terms of service.

Do not publish skills that

  • contain passwords, API keys or other secrets;
  • try to make an AI tool ignore its user, hide what it is doing, or send data somewhere the user did not intend;
  • include malware or scripts meant to damage systems or take data;
  • contain content you do not have the right to share, or that breaks the law;
  • contain other people’s personal information beyond what your company permits.

Do not

  • try to access another company’s skills or data;
  • copy the library in bulk, or get around rate limits;
  • try to bypass our safety scans or disguise a skill’s purpose;
  • share your account, or sign up with an email address that is not yours;
  • probe or test the security of the service without our written permission;
  • resell the curated library or the service.

What we do about it

A skill that fails a safety scan is held back. Flagged skills from your company are reviewed by your company’s own admins. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break this policy, and we will tell your company’s admins when we do.
