- What counts as a seat?
- A seat is one that your company has bought and assigned to a person. Signing in does not create a charge by itself, and nothing is billed on usage.
- Who pays?
- Payment is for the whole company. An admin upgrades the company and becomes its billing owner. Nobody buys a seat just for themselves.
- What happens when a trial ends?
- We email people 14 days and 3 days before their trial ends, with a one-click way to ask their admin for a seat. After that they stop receiving recommendations until they have a seat. Skills they wrote stay in the registry and keep serving their colleagues.
- Do you offer volume discounts?
- Yes, for larger companies. Discounts are agreed deal by deal, so please get in touch.
