One copy of the best skill
When two skills do the same job, Skillacrity spots it and drafts one combined version for the authors to approve. Everyone uses the best copy, and nobody rebuilds it on another team.
When sharing gets easy, the same skill gets written five times. Nobody knows which one is best, and improvements land in the wrong copy.
Skillacrity keeps one best version of each skill and lets everyone who uses it make it better, while the author stays in charge of their own work.

Duplicates become one
Skillacrity spots skills that do the same job and drafts one combined version that keeps the best of each. The authors decide whether to adopt it.
Anyone can suggest an improvement
The people who use a skill every day spot what is missing. They suggest the change and the author approves it.
Nothing is ever lost
Changes go to the author for approval. Your admins can step in when someone is away, and every earlier version is kept.
Everyone stays current
People who use a skill are told when it improves, so the whole team moves to the better version together.
How it works
- When a new skill arrives, Skillacrity compares it with the skills already in your library.
- If two do the same job, it drafts a combined version and shows it to both authors side by side.
- If both approve, the company has one skill that credits them both. If either says no, nothing changes.
- Anyone who uses a skill can suggest an edit in the web app. The author reviews it.
What admins control
- Approve a change or a combined version when the author is away.
- See the full history of every skill and restore any earlier version.
Limits
- Nothing is combined or changed without an author’s or an admin’s approval.
- Skills are only compared within your company. Other customers’ skills are never used.
