Privacy policy
Last updated October 8, 2026
Draft, pending legal review. This page describes how we intend to operate. It is not yet a binding document and will change before our first customer contract.
This policy explains what Skillacrity (“we”) collects when you visit this website or use the Skillacrity product, and what we do with it.
The short version
- What you type into your AI tool is never stored by us.
- Your company’s admins can see how many times each person used each skill. They see counts only, never the content of anyone’s work.
- Your company’s skills are never shared with another customer and never used to train AI models.
- This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics.
What we collect
On this website
This website has no forms, no analytics and no cookies. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP address and the page requested, for security and troubleshooting. If you write to us, we keep your message and address so that we can reply.
When you use the product
- Account details: your name and email address, as confirmed by the sign-in provider, and the company you belong to.
- Skills and related content: the skills you publish, your suggested edits, comments, favorites and the topics you follow.
- Usage records: each time Skillacrity is asked for a skill, we record the user, the AI tool, the model, the time and the outcome (which skill was delivered, or that none was). Each skill may also report whether it was used and whether the task succeeded.
- Connected tools: which AI tools are connected to your account.
What we never collect
- The text you type that causes your AI tool to ask Skillacrity for a skill. It is used in memory to pick a skill and is never written to disk, logs or databases.
- The content of your conversations with AI tools.
- The content or results of your tasks.
Who can see what inside your company
- Colleagues can see the skills shared with them, who wrote each one, and its comments.
- Admins can see usage by skill and by person, as counts only. They never see task content.
- Admins can see and manage members, seats, skill audiences and connected tools.
How we use information
- To provide the service: signing you in, delivering skills, and sending notification emails.
- To tune recommendations for your own company, using only which skills are used and succeed.
- To improve the product across customers, using usage data. We never use customer skill content for this, and never to train models.
- To keep the service secure and to bill for it.
Analytics in the web app
We plan to add clickstream analytics to the product’s web app, to learn which pages are useful. It will cover the web app only. It will never run inside your AI sessions and will never include skill content or request text. We will update this policy and our cookie notice before it is switched on.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with the companies that help us run the service, listed on oursubprocessor list, and when the law requires it.
Access by our staff
Our staff access customer data only to resolve a support request or to analyze usage to improve the service. Access is limited by role, and every access is logged.
How long we keep it
- Usage records are kept for 13 months.
- Account details and skills are kept while your company is a customer. When a company cancels, its data is deleted on a defined schedule.
- Skills you wrote stay with your company if you leave it, because they belong to your company.
Your choices
You can ask us for a copy of your personal information, or ask us to correct or delete it. To do so,contact us. If your account belongs to your employer, we may need to involve your company’s admin. You can turn off the daily digest email in the product.
Changes
