One source of expertise for your people and your agents
Talk with your agents and your people from one common source of expertise: your skills. Every agent that connects to MCP gets the same skills your people do.
A skill is a prompt or playbook your people have written for AI.
Companies are starting to hand whole tasks to AI agents, in Claude Code, Codex and agents they build themselves. Those agents need your company’s know-how just as much as people do.
Skillacrity serves both from one library. The skill your expert wrote for colleagues is the same one your agents follow, so every hour spent on skills makes your people and your agents better at once.

- Group changes by what the customer can now do.
- Lead with the change most customers asked for.
- Use the company’s brand voice.
The same skill shows up when a person asks ChatGPT to write release notes.
Any agent that connects to MCP
Claude Code, Codex, and agents your developers build connect the same way your people’s AI tools do.
The same skills, kept current
When a skill improves, every person and every agent gets the new version. Nobody copies prompts into agent code.
The same rules
An agent sees only the skills the person who connected it can see. Security scans and audiences apply to agents too.
One investment, twice the return
A skill written once helps the people who ask for it and the agents that run the work.
How it works
- A developer adds Skillacrity to their agent as an MCP server and signs in once. In Claude Code and Codex they can do this themselves, if your company allows it.
- When the agent starts a task, it asks Skillacrity for the skill that fits, just as a person’s AI tool does.
- The agent follows the skill. If nothing fits, it carries on without one.
What admins control
- Agents act as the person who connected them, so the audiences you set apply to them too.
- Revoke an agent’s access at any time from the admin console.
Limits
- An agent needs a person’s sign-in to connect; there are no anonymous agent keys.
- Skills with scripts are delivered to agents as files. Skillacrity never runs the code itself.
