Subprocessors
Last updated October 8, 2026
Draft, pending legal review. This page describes how we intend to operate. It is not yet a binding document and will change before our first customer contract.
These are the companies we plan to use to run the service at launch, and what each one handles. All are based in the United States. None of them is an AI vendor that receives your skills for its own use.
| Company | What it does for us | Data involved |
|---|---|---|
| Amazon Web Services | Hosting, database and storage. Also runs the open-weight models used for format conversion and safety scanning, with zero data retention. | All customer data |
| WorkOS | Sign-in, single sign-on and directory sync. | Name, email address, sign-in events |
| Postmark | Sending notification emails. | Email address and email content |
| Stripe | Subscription billing and invoices. | Billing contact and payment details |
| Sentry | Error tracking. Request content is switched off. | Technical error details |
AI tools you connect
When one of your people uses a skill in an AI tool such as Claude, ChatGPT or Microsoft 365 Copilot, that tool receives the skill so it can follow it. Those tools are chosen and connected by your company, under your own agreements with their providers. They are not our subprocessors.
