How it works
Skills reach people inside the AI tool they already use
No searching, no code, no command line. Here is what happens from the first sign-in.
Sign up in a minute
The first person from your company creates its private library and becomes the admin. Coworkers who sign up with the same company email address join automatically. There are no passwords: people sign in with Google, Microsoft, or a one-time code sent by email.
Connect the AI tools you already use
Skillacrity works inside Claude, ChatGPT and Microsoft 365 Copilot. People can add it themselves in Claude Desktop, Claude Code and Codex. For ChatGPT, Microsoft 365 Copilot and Claude on the web, an admin turns it on for everyone.
Bring your skills in
Ask your AI tool to share your skills. It finds the ones you already have, asks once who should see them, and brings them in. Teams without skills of their own start with the Skillacrity library.
The right skill shows up by itself
When someone asks their AI tool for help, the tool checks with Skillacrity. If one of your company’s skills fits, it arrives and the AI follows it. If nothing fits, Skillacrity returns nothing and the AI answers as usual.
Improve skills together
Anyone can suggest an edit and the author approves it. Every skill keeps its versions, and people who use a skill are told when it changes.
Stay in control
Admins decide who new skills reach by default, can change any skill’s audience, manage seats, and see which skills are used and by how many people.
An example
Priya is an account manager. She opens ChatGPT and types “help me prep for my quarterly business review with Acme tomorrow.”
ChatGPT checks with Skillacrity, which returns her company’s “QBR prep” skill, written by the sales operations lead. ChatGPT follows it: it asks for the account’s numbers and produces the outline in the team’s format.
Priya never searched for or selected anything. Skillacrity records that the skill was delivered and whether it was used. It never records what Priya typed.
